New commercial vehicule definition

A new legal definition of commercial vehicle comes into effect as of January 1st 2011 in Québec.
Starting on January 1st 2011, vehicles having a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 4500 kgs. or more will be considered commercial vehicles in Québec Canada.
